Accepted Currencies
LiteOutdoors is currently set to accept payment in either Canadian dollars (CAD), or US dollars (USD), depending on your location. The website will automatically select your currency by default based on your shipping address. If you are in Canada, you must pay in Canadian dollars. Any other location, United States or International must use USD to checkout. We do not charge any conversion fees and there will be no other hidden costs.
Taxes & Duties
If you are located in Canada, 5% GST will be applied to your order at checkout. PST or HST is not applicable to your order and wont be added.
If you are located in the U.S., no tax or duties will be applied to your order.
If you are an international customer, duties and/or taxes may be due when the order is delivered. Every country is different with customs fees and it is not possible for us to determine if duties or taxes are due, and how much they would be.
Payment Methods
Currently you have the ability to pay for your order using a credit card or Paypal. Please note that AMEX cannot be used for orders in U.S. dollars.

Failed Payments
We are a Canadian company. It is rare, but sometimes we see U.S. credit card issuers block a transaction from going through. This is usually done in result of the credit card company being extra vigilant in blocking international transactions. In this case, the customer would need to call the phone number on the back of the card and confirm that the order was intentional. After this is done, the customer would need to return to the checkout process and place the order.
